How Priority Works
Low Priority
Outside groups or FYI-only events. Not recommended for channel scheduling.
Standard
Routine events. Appears 1× per channel max — enough to inform, not saturate.
Important
Seasonal or mid-size events. Appears up to 2× per channel — worth repeating.
Mission Critical
All-church campaigns. No channel limit — schedule as many times as needed.
Priority is set on each event's report page by the comms team. Amber chip = over priority limit Red chip = over slot limit
